Every suite is more than ample size and beautifully appointed with full bath and private patio. The living areas of the home invite you to relax and enjoy those Pacific Ocean breezes and the beauty around you. The gourmet kitchen has everything needed for your stay or that special event. Full Concierge Services are available upon request to include, but not limited to airport transfers, car rentals, in home spa services, in home chef services, provisioned goods, dinner reservations and activities.
In addition, Villa Esperanza is a perfect home for a wedding, family reunion or any special celebration. For special events there is a 75 guest maximum for a sit down dinner and 100 maximum (standing only). There is a 3 night minimum stay required for any special event and an additional charge of one night rent for the event in addition to the Pedregal community fee of $550.00.
The Pedregal community offers tennis courts, a small sushi bar/restaurant and El Rincon Gym and Spa.
